Phase I ESA performed at former pesticide facility as part of acquisition evaluation.

Several concerns were identified during the historical research of past operations. Following development of a comprehensive soil and groundwater investigation plan, the facility was investigated and confirmed to have petroleum solvents, chlorinated solvents, and pesticide compounds in both soil and groundwater above regulatory limits. Additional investigation verified the releases to be localized within the first aquifer with slight impact to a neighboring facility. A long-term remedial strategy and cost estimate were developed to allow the purchaser to complete the company acquisition and pursue closure.
