Modern Geosciences was engaged by a prominent Fort Worth manufacturing company to help complete expedited due diligence on the neighboring facilities it needed to acquire to allow facility expansion. This included several Phase I ESAs and Phase II site investigations. Minor areas of petroleum and heavy metal impact were noted, but using regulatory risk-based evaluations, corrective action was not required by the State. The client was able to expand and meet growing manufacturing needs.
