Modern Geoscience has assisted a prominent North Texas municipality in evaluating large stretches of former railroad that were needed to expand infrastructure. Municipal site investigations included several Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, and development of a comprehensive geodatabase to allow quick reference to known impacted areas during future disturbance. The effort aided property valuation and regulatory closure strategies for each corridor.
